Day two of reboot and your probably starting to feel your body slow down a little. It's soaking in all the goodness from those juices and your system is starting to correct itself.
You will now find your 5 Ps goal setting toolkit and your program schedule for the next ten days HERE. Please print them off and start digesting each section. There's no need to hurry and get it all done today but its great to get the mental juices flowing about what you want to achieve this year and whats important to you in life.

A reminder to start your practice of the 'Butterfly'. You can view the Instructional video to obtain an understanding of the Butterfly position and learn how the 4 stages of Mindful Movement - Fire, Antagonist, Space and Rotation - effect the body. The Podcast is a support tool that you can use daily to listen to while you practice the Butterfly - Once you download the podcast you can transfer it to iTunes so you can hear it from your mobile devise if you wish. Directions on how to do so are on your program schedule.
