Welcome to Day 4
YOUR SECOND INSTALMENT OF GOOD MOOD MOVES...
I hope your second day has bought with it a heightened level of postural awareness and a sense of clarity and focus.
I have some homework for you tonight :) I'd like you to direct your attention to your 5 'Ps' of goal setting so that you can use your clarity and focus to direct and record your higher level objectives for the year ahead. I'd like you to do this after you do your podcast tonight so that you can keep your eye on the real prize - Your life goals and inner desires. Use this time to write down your goals and desires as if you had nothing in the way of you achieving them. What would you do this year if you had no limitations! How would you want to feel? What would you like to achieve?
Use the way you feel today to help shape the way you think! Being anchored in intrinsic goals that reflect the very best of who you are gives you a sense of stillness in place. They make you feel content and resolved. They help to keep your eye on the prize and allow you to let go of all that doesn't matter.
