Adolescent virtual group training
Fitness, fun and positive living education all wrapped up in one hour of physical exercise. Ensuring children have positive, supportive and encouraging environments to exercise in is critical in establishing long term healthy lifestyle habits and positive routines.
This one hour class is instructed by an Exercise physiologist with the aim of teaching and showing the children how to enjoy exercise and the benefits it brings to their mental and physical health.
Session days change term to term. Please confirm with reception. Private health rebates apply to those eligible. Ten packs are valid for three years.
