Over the next eight weeks you will learn how to feel good everyday. You will understand and learn how to use exercise to change the way you feel about yourself and your body. You will learn how specifically prescribed exercise can change your mood and your mindset. ENOUGH with the obsession of what you look like. ENOUGH with constantly comparing, judging, conforming, dieting and beating yourself up both physically and mentally just so you can look different.
YOU ARE ENOUGH JUST AS YOU ARE, RIGHT NOW IN THIS MOMENT. So lets take this moment to think about what you see when you look in the mirror. What you see and what others see are two very different things. They are different because people see how you feel. They see how you carry yourself. They see how you think you look. They see and feel the energy of the combined efforts, signals, gestures and actions of your mind and body. You can change what you see in the mirror by changing how you feel. Master this with exercise and you will soon make different choices based on what you see. If you feel good when you look in the mirror and look at others you will start to care for what you see. Care about how you treat it, care about what you feed it, care about how you use it and care about what and who you let near it. The ripple effect of these small changes will have an enormous impact on your mental and physical health, your life and the life of every person you meet.
Too many people use exercise to try and change the way they look. The basic concept of exercising to change the way you look is flawed! Its a negatively geared thought process. You're going to workout because you don't like the way you look. No wonder over 50% of all people who start an exercise program drop out within 12 weeks. No wonder 2 out of 3 Australians are obese. No wonder more than half of the population have a negative relationship or dislike for exercise- we're using exercise to remind us how bad we feel about ourselves!
