Welcome to the first edition of The Sweet Spot. To mark the occasion were going to embark on a field trip together. A field trip to investigate the effects of living free from sugar, processed food and alcohol for 28 days. So say goodbye to the familiar Summer afternoon G+T and clean out the pantry. Its time to re-frame our food choices and get your head ready for an interesting 28 days….
I've decided that the easiest way for me to start is to go cold turkey. I’m going to reset my blood sugar levels and kill off any bad holiday food habits with a three day juice cleanse. You may have a different approach in mind…maybe just the alcohol and processed food thing are enough to start to generate a cold sweat, which is fair enough. So with that in mind here are some ideas and tips for option B.
With less than 10 hours before February 1st rolls around its time to plan and prepare, then relax and enjoy the last few hours of the holiday season.
