Mindfulness techniques have been clinically proven to reduce stress and its associated physical manifestations. Mindful Movement is a mindful based practice that embraces the positive psychological effects of mindfulness and combines it with physical movements. It is a Mindful Movement meditation practice. The movements are chosen specifically to improve posture, appease the nervous system, and improve body awareness/proprioception and the mind/body connection. This practice is highly effective and has many different applications. If you are suffering from any of the following conditions Mindful Movement can help relief symptoms and improve your quality of life and your capacity for regular exercise.
