There are three levels or subgroups each session that focus on developing either postural & task specific strengthening, running technique for beginners or advanced cardiovascular activities. No participants are allowed to engage in Free Running until they have established functional postural and task specific strength baselines. As each participant achieves and progress through the levels, their running and fitness thrives. This program is ideal for people who:
Have been runners in the past and had to stop due to injury.
Have never run before and want to understand how to run safely and sensibly.
Are looking to push their fitness, get faster and achieve specific results over 5km, 10km or half marathon distances.
Want to understand how they can use running to manage stress and anxiety.
