The Art of Applied
Exercise Therapy

Exercise and movement have been used as a stimulant for centuries.

A stimulant for joy. For connection. For growth. For life.

From the primal ages of predatory survival, to the age of sparta and beyond. Human movement has always conjured a connection between mind and body that feeds and elevates the soul. This connection is both biochemical and physiological.

Thanks to decades of research and advances in the field of exercise physiology and epidemiology we now know that movement is in fact a medicine for the mind and body.

The right exercise prescription can reduce the symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. While another can restore height, reduce joint pain and generate powerful anti-aging and disease protecting biochemistry.

At The Exercise Therapist, we’ve taken the rich history of movement and the modern science of exercise and translated it into a clinically effective whole person health and wellness treatment protocol.

We take your mental and physical blueprint, then prescribe the perfect dose of exercise and movement to set you on your pathway to wellness, disease prevention and longevity.

After three years of trials and research we have identified the fundamental elements of exercise therapy and created a novel whole person prescription protocol for optimising quality of life, preventing chronic disease and promoting longevity.

“Exercise is an opportunity to stimulate new growth, inspire change and ignite hope in your mind and body.
It is not a tool for self punishment or self manipulation.”
