What is Reboot?

Reboot is a unique 10 day exercise and clean eating program designed to help you break bad habits and build a stronger, healthier you.

The program will give your body a complete overhaul, from the inside out. It will give you the power to move free and be what ever you want to be in 2024!

Whether you're shedding winter kilos, shaping up for summer, warding off illness and injury, navigating hormones and fatigue or trying to get back into shape after a long break – Reboot will help you power up and get you back on track.

The fact that you have signed up for the program shows that you are ready to make a commitment to your health. Reboot will teach you how to exercise efficiently and arm you with the knowledge you need to continue on your pathway to wellness and longevity.

You will also learn safe training techniques from our university-educated specialists, minimising the possibility of injury, resulting in a consistent training schedule.

Each day you will complete a group training session or exercise program with The Exercise Therapist. Please check your daily schedule for guidance. I strongly advise you to stick to the prescribed plan. However if you have a particular dislike or physical difficulty with any of the scheduled activities please let us know before the program commences and alternative arrangements will be made.

Throughout the program you will discover how quickly your body responds to a professionally designed exercise program and experience firsthand how your body and mind can start to change shape in just 10 days.

Our 10 day POWER UP Reboot will help get you back on track and into good eating and exercise habits.

Daily early morning (6am) exercise sessions restore healthy joint function, improve posture, reduce aches and pains and build strength. Part of this is focused breath work throughout the sessions that helps to reduce physical and mental stress.  

The intensity of the program builds each day, culminating in a celebratory finale session that will leave you on top of the world!
