Join The Exercise Therapist for eight weeks of strength, fitness and feeling good!​​​​​​​​ Our classes are carefully constructed and our clinically proven exercise therapy protocol has been formulated to improve the body, mind and heart.

TERM 1: Monday 5 February – Saturday 30 March

TERM 2: Monday 22 April – Saturday 15 June

TERM 3: Monday 29 July – Saturday 21 September

TERM 4: Monday 14 October – Saturday 7 December

1. Select how many classes you will be attending each week for the eight-week period.
Each class runs for eight weeks for optimal results and proven long-term adherence.
Class passes are priced for 1, 2 or unlimited weeklly sessions per week.

1 session per week x 8 weeks = $224
2 sessions per week x 8 weeks = $432
Unlimited Group Training Sessions x 8 weeks = $450

HIIT/strong HIIT

Power, posture and physical performance are the
focus of this strength-based session that rounds out with the most effective dose of high-intensity cardio available. Join us for two of these each week and your mental and physical energy will soar. On Saturday’s  we turn it up to 10 with a strong HIIT out – the only  way to start the weekend.

CoreForce

Everything ends and begins in the middle. Strengthen trunk and glute muscles and boost balance, range of motion and posture whilst reducing lower back pain.

 

BoxFIT

Get fighting fit and full of confidence with this energising and empowering session of skill, strength and cardio development. De-stress and recharge in one just hour!

Foam Rolling + Core

Start your week feeling long and light with our special mix of stretching and foam rolling techniques. Foam rolling releases knots, relieves inflammation, and can also increase your range of motion, flexibility, and mobility. ​ ​
