Group Training

Training in 8-week blocks boosts muscle strength, endurance, and cardio. Our classes offer small groups, with engaging content led by experienced exercise physiologists

Youth Classes

Our school age offering of group classes and specialised programs aims to support adolescents as they grow and develop, physically and mentally into young adults.

Women 40+

Explore our classes and programs designed to improve the mental and physical health of those suffering from perimenopause and menopause symptoms.
