What is GTS (Group Training Session)?
Our Group Training (GTS) is a structured, term-based program designed to help you build strength, improve movement quality, and progress safely over time. Each session follows a clear plan, so you’re not just exercising — you’re training with purpose.
What we do differently.
At The Exercise Therapist, your training is guided by degree-qualified Sports Scientists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs). This means:
Clinically informed programming
Close supervision and individualised coaching within a group setting
A strong focus on long-term health, performance, and injury prevention
Private Health Rebates.
If your class is run by an AEP and has 8 participants or fewer, you may be eligible to claim a rebate through your private health fund (depending on your level of cover).
