How it Works
STEP 1: YOUR STARTING POINT
Book your initial screening appointment to review your whole-body health and establish your needs and goals.* Investment: $180.
STEP 2: TRACK AND TEST
Capture important baselines and markers for success. Know your strength with musculoskeletal testing and understand your body composition with a DEXA scan (starting at $100).
STEP 3: YOUR ROADMAP
Set your personalised weekly plan with your exercise physiologist - choosing from lifting classes, HIIT, Foam Rolling, Mat Pilates and more. (View the class timetable)
