Musculoskeletal Strength Testing
Duration: 30min
What it is?
Musculoskeletal Strength Testing helps us assess your strength, flexibility, balance, and movement patterns so we can design a safe and effective exercise program tailored to your needs. These tests allow us to gain a baseline that can be compared and tracked over time.
Sub Max VO2 Testing
Duration: 45min
What it is?
What is an Aerobic Assessment? This is a low-to-moderate intensity exercise test (such as walking or cycling) designed to measure how efficiently your body uses oxygen during activity.
Muscle Health Testing
Duration: 15min
What it is?
Good muscle strength and function is crucial for healthy ageing. This session evaluates your muscle health, falls risk, as well as provides education for prevention and management strategies.
ECG, Spirometry, BP and O2 Sats
Duration: 30min
What it is?
Measures heart activity, lung function, and oxygen levels to provide valuable insights into your cardiovascular and respiratory health.

AMRAP for Lifting Optimisation
Duration: 45min
What it is?
AMRAP (As Many Reps as Possible) is a targeted assessment and training approach that optimises lifting load, improves lifting technique, strength, and bone health and supports safe exercise participation.
